Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
On low heat mix sauce ingredients together until smooth (3min). Use a basting sauce for meats or kebabs for the BBQ. Soak kebab sticks in warm water before preparing with your favorites.
BBQ until items are starting to brown (about 10mins) remembering to rotate to cook evenly and baste with each rotation to improve flavour.
