Honeyed Nuts

Excellent to use in a salad with spinach, mandarin oranges and our Citrus Salad dressing. Very delicious!


  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts (pecans are the best)
  • 5 tsp. honey


Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Melt butter in oven proof pan. Add nuts and honey. Stir to coat. Put them in oven and stir frequently until colour is a rich brown – about 15 – 20mins.

Spread onto waxed paper to cool.
