Honeyade with Lemon & Herbs


  • Pinch of salt
  • Honey to taste – start with 1/2 cup
  • 5 cups water
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind
  • A few mint or lemon balm leaves


In a medium pot warm the water. Add honey & salt. Mix until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, rind and finely minced herbs. Stir well. Pour over glasses filled with ice or refrigerate until cooled. Enjoy!
