- Pinch of salt
- Honey to taste – start with 1/2 cup
- 5 cups water
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- A few mint or lemon balm leaves
In a medium pot warm the water. Add honey & salt. Mix until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, rind and finely minced herbs. Stir well. Pour over glasses filled with ice or refrigerate until cooled. Enjoy!
