Description
To make infused honey, unpasteurized honey is steeped over a few days with herbs, spices and fruit to create delicate shifts in the honey flavour. Most of our ingredients are grown on the farm.
By mincing, crushing or grating the fresh ingredients into the honey, the natural flavours are readily available to absorb into the honey, making them very tasty.
Use in tea, over fruit salad, ice cream, in marinades, sauces or to enhance your baking.
